Allie Beth, SOW’s co-founder, is a Nashville native who has been in the hair industry for 10 years. In her work, Allie Beth is passionate about creating hair that enhances her clients’ natural beauty, as well as their confidence! Outside of the salon, she loves spending time with her high school sweetheart, Jonas, and their toddler Ezra.

Allie Beth specializes in custom coloring to create a lived-in, natural look that needs minimal maintenance. This means she does not service a la carte so she is able to give your hair exactly what it needs. Her pricing includes a shampoo + style and she does not take gratuity.

Extensions require a 6-8 week move-up appointment. This service is performed on dry hair and includes removal + re-install. Color services can be added to move-up appointments.

Color refresh for extension hair varies from $50-$150 per row depending on the amount of wefts and how detailed the work needs to be.
